Motivation is chemical substance called dophamine. Dophamine is hormone, which is synthesed in the brain and kidneys.

Dophamine is neuromediator which enhances our cognitive
functions, including memory, learning and movement.

Low dophamine levels can lead to depression, fatigue, lack of motivation.

High dophamine level makes you feel more pleasurable, self confident and Self confident.

There are few ways to incrase Dophamine levels.

* Food: Fish, Eggs, Apple, Bananas, Strawberries and Blueberries, Green tea and etc.
* Exercise 15 minutes a day makes you dophamine levels boost.
